Meet Alicia Farley

Becoming a Realtor® on the Main Line was an organic transition.  Moving back to Philadelphia, where I was born, with no job took me to a Temp Agency where they found me a job at GMAC Mortgage Company.  Starting out as a post closer, I quickly moved up the ranks to eventually become a mortgage underwriter for Philadelphia Mortgage Company when I moved to the Main Line after meeting my husband, Mark Farley.  

Mark was buying, renovating, holding, and flipping homes along the Main Line and eventually started building new homes.   Working together to build our business, Farley Construction Group, I dove right in and started to assist with the design and build process.  One of my favorite games to play is to keep the client on budget while having fun with the experience.

One day, my friend, who is a Realtor®, suggested that I get my license and start to sell Real Estate.  She brought to my attention that I knew the business from start to finish and was already assisting buyers and sellers in the process.  

For the past 15 years as a real estate agent, I have been able to share my great passion and knowledge of real estate with others.  My number one goal is for every client to walk away with a positive experience.  With the addition of my daughter Erika to the team, her vast experience in marketing and customer service will enhance the overall experience for our clients.
